▪ Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity, quality, and scholarly rigor. The review process includes:
- Initial editorial screening for compliance with journal guidelines.
- Assignment of at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the field.
- Assessment of originality, significance, technical quality, and clarity.
- Feedback and revision requests to enhance manuscript quality.
- Final editorial decision based on reviewer recommendations.
Review Duration: The typical review process takes 4-6 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.
▪ Ethical Publishing Standards
TCSIT adheres to the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing. We follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for ethical research conduct and publishing integrity.
- Originality: Submitted manuscripts must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
- Plagiarism Prevention: All manuscripts are screened using iThenticate to detect plagiarism.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest.
- Research Integrity: Data falsification, fabrication, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.
▪ Plagiarism and Similarity Check
TCSIT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. Every manuscript is checked using iThenticate before the peer review process. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 15% may be rejected or returned for revision.
▪ Article Processing Charges (APC)
TCSIT is committed to maintaining open-access publishing. To cover editorial and hosting costs, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply. However, there are no submission fees.

▪ Retractions, Corrections, and Complaints
TCSIT follows COPE guidelines for handling retractions, corrections, and editorial disputes. The editorial team reserves the right to:
- Issue corrections for minor errors in published articles.
- Retract articles in cases of proven ethical violations.
- Address complaints and appeals through a transparent resolution process.
