This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for Article Processing Charges (APCs) may or may not be granted.

▪ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Post-Payment Cancellation: If an author cancels the publication of their manuscript after paying the APC, the payment is non-refundable.
• Advance Payment with Subsequent Retraction: If an author makes an advance payment and commits to paying the full amount after publication but later retracts the manuscript, no refund will be provided.
